Project Administrator Position

Location: San Jose, CA

Role and Responsibilities 

Works with the Project Manager and Sales Manager to and coordinate project scheduling, budgeting, and sales administrative tasks

  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings
    • Kickoff
    • Status
    • Project closure Sales calls
  • Write, review and update sales proposals
  • Revise and update project related templates
  • Assist with administrative closure of projects
    • Closing tasks in CW
    • Sending Project Deliverable Acceptance Form (PDAF) to clients
  • Update Proposal Status Worksheets
  • Update Project List in SharePoint
  • Produces and sends project start and closure announcements Review SOWs, templates and other documents
  • Other administrative tasks as necessary

Qualifications and Education  Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of college or previous project coordination experience
  • Basic understanding of the technology and services ZAG provides.
  • Self-starter with process oriented work approach

Required Skills

  • Thorough working knowledge of:
    • Word
    • Excel
    • Outlook
  • Excellent editing and proof readin
  • Time Management and scheduling experience
  • Professionalism when communicating with internal team and clients

  • Microsoft SQL or Access
  • Microsoft Project 2012
  • SharePoint
  • ConnectWise
