The ZAG IT Project Management Office (PMO) is a key component of our IT Project Consulting services. As we are involved in complex engagements, the PMO enables ZAG to deliver effective solutions in a predictable manner. PMO begins this process by defining requirements. To ensure effective delivery, PMO is involved early as possible in the scope definition process. 

ZAG employs a combination of agile IT project management methods to ensure IT project consulting success. We have found this approach to be highly effective in working through issues and ensuring client satisfaction. In complex deployments, the teams may meet daily to review progress, upcoming tasks and issues. Status reporting to management and other key stakeholders is scheduled for weekly or semi-monthly depending on client requirements. This consistent contact leads to a collaborative partnerships and successful deployments.

The US based ZAG IT Product Procurement Team is the IT Asset Management organization assembled to deliver IT products and life cycle management to our clients in a timely manner while adding value through the purchasing process. We begin with a solid understanding of the products out there. Backed by experienced Account Execs, Senior Architects and Engineers, our IT Procurement Team has a great foundation to offer valuable IT Asset Management and Life Cycle services and solutions.

From there, they work to clearly define the requirements and effectively communicate throughout the ordering and delivery process.

The Architect and Engineering backing of this team enables us to deploy high end complex systems while also allowing ZAG to be a single point for an organization's IT procurement, asset management, and life cycle needs.
