Ongoing support is paramount to ensuring the success of the investment you have made in your ShoreTel system. ZAG has a world class support staff that can assist with software updates and patches as well as adds, moves and changes.  Our support staff can handle your critical technical support issues.

Our Customer Support Center (CSC) is staffed Monday through Friday from 4am – 5pm Pacific and on Saturday and Sundays from 8am – 5pm.  We are available 7x24 on an on call basis for our support customers.

The personnel we utilize to staff the Help Desk are not just ticket creators.  They don’t just gather information to pass to an engineer.  They are, in fact, senior engineers that strive for first call case closure.  Our dedicated support staff will ensure that your system remains strong and able to meet the needs of your organization.
