Exchange 2010/Office 365 Engineer

Description:
ZAG is currently looking for an Exchange 2010/Office 365 engineer.

Requirements:

This engineer should have significant experience with the Microsoft Exchange platform.  Exchange 2010 experience will be key for the successful applicant.  The applicant should have experience setting up, configuring, migrating to and managing Exchange 2010 environments.  The role calls for consulting with Medium to Enterprise sized customers.

The Exchange engineer will also be involved with Office 365 environments.  Office 365 is Microsoft’s state of the art cloud based offering that many medium and large sized customers are turning to.  This engineer will be involved in configuring environments to run in rich coexistence with users both in the cloud and on premises. 


Senior SharePoint 2010 Engineer

Description:
ZAG has a position open for a Senior SharePoint 2010 engineer.

Requirements:

 This engineer should have at least three years’ experience with Microsoft’s SharePoint product.  Engineer will be responsible for designing, deploying and customizing SharePoint implementations for Medium and Enterprise sized customers.  Fast Search experience is a definite plus.  Successful applicant will have experience in designing and deploying highly available SharePoint environments. 

Effective communication skills are required as this engineer will be working with customers to design SharePoint environments.

ZAG is also heavily engaged with the Microsoft Office 365 platform.  Experience with SharePoint Online is a definite plus.



Senior Help Desk Analyst

Description:
Responsible for providing technical support in our Customer Support Center.

Requirements:

*HP Desktop/Laptop

*Windows XP/Vista/7

*MS Office Suite including Outlook

*Windows Server 2008R2

*Exchange 2010

*Active Directory administration

* Understanding LAN/WAN/Wireless technologies

*Strong problem solving skills

*3 years of Help Desk experience

 

Desired but not required:

*Citrix

*Microsoft Business Productivity Online Services

*MCP or MCSA
