Senior Systems Engineer

Description:
Responsible for technical project implementation and support services.

Requirements:
Technical requirements include extensive recent experience with Windows Server, as well as experience with various other Microsoft technologies such as Systems Center, Exchange, Sharepoint, Lync, SQL, etc. Candidate must also have experience with Computer and Networking hardware as well. Citrix experience is a plus. This Senior Microsoft Engineer position requires customer service experience and the willingness to act as mentor to junior engineers.

Help Desk Engineer

Description:

Responsible for providing technical support in our Customer Support Center.

Requirements:

*HP Desktop/Laptop

*Windows XP/Vista/7

*MS Office Suite including Outlook

*Windows Server 2008R2

*Exchange 2010

*Active Directory administration

* Understanding LAN/WAN/Wireless technologies

*Strong problem solving skills

*3 years of Help Desk experience

Desired but not required:

*Citrix

*Microsoft Business Productivity Online Services

*MCP or MCSA

Technical Associate

Description:
Provide assistance on a variety of technical projects. Will be responsible for setting up and supporting Windows Desktop Operating Systems and related hardware. Will work with senior personnel to gain experience in advanced areas of Server and Networking technology.

Requirements:
Position requires at a minimum a High School Diploma and at least one year experience working with computer hardware and operating systems. A trade school certificate, or two year degree is preferred but will be waived for the right candidate.
