Senior Help Desk Analyst
ZAG Technical Services, Inc. is looking for a Senior Help Desk Analyst. The Analyst should have 3-5 years of Help Desk/Desktop support experience (Windows XP, Vista, 7) and 1-2 years of server level experience and a strong working knowledge of general networking concepts and equipment. Knowledge of Exchange, Citrix and wireless technologies is a plus. The Analyst should possess strong problem solving ability and good communication skills. This is a full time position. Applicants will be required to complete a written exam.
