ZAG Technical Services, Inc. was founded in 1998 with the following mission:

"Become the premier provider of technology solutions and customer service in Northern California."

Our purpose states it best: ZAG will create lasting partnerships with its customers by consistently delivering quality service, smart solutions to business problems and outstanding customer value.

In order to achieve our goals, ZAG selects each team member for their superior technical and customer service skills. All ZAG engineers are encouraged to make decisions that will help strengthen the relationship ZAG enjoys with our customers.

Teamwork and Customer Service

ZAG also provides a working environment for our employees that fosters teamwork and emphasizes customer service. We know that employee fulfillment is the most important factor in providing exceptional customer service and we strive to deliver this to our team members. Our employees are some of our favorite people and we help them to succeed.

Long Term View

It is becoming commonplace for technology consultants to ignore the true needs of the customer and instead sell the solution of the day that will produce the quickest profit. While this may work for a while, this philosophy does not produce long-term relationships. At ZAG, we believe that our customers are our partners, and our success depends on their success.
